METHOD: Male of 40 years old with solid lesion in epidididymis tale treated with mass exéresis
RESULTS: Adenoamotid tumor of the epididymis confirmed with hystopathologic technique
CONCLUSION: Adenomatoid tumor of epididymis is the most frequent paratesticular tumors and when is suspected, conservative surgery must be performed.

Endometriosis of the male genitourinary tract is an exceedingly rare entity, with only 6 cases reported to date involving the bladder, prostate, lower abdominal wall, and paratesticular region. We present what we believe to be the first case of cystic endometriosis of the epididymis in a 27-year-old man with scrotal pain, describe its pathologic and immunohistochemical features, and discuss its pathogenesis.

A case of basaloid carcinoma of the right epididymis in a 22-year-old Saudi man is described. The tumor presented as a painless swelling of 2 months' duration. Right inguinal orchiectomy has been performed. Microscopically, the stroma was widely infiltrated by tumor cells, with marked apoptosis and necrosis. The tumor cells were rather uniform and basaloid and contained many abnormal mitoses. The tumor was positive for keratin and contained tight intercellular junctions by ultrastructural examination. The patient was tumor free at last follow-up.

Aggressive angiomyxoma is a rare locally invasive non-metastasizing soft tissue neoplasm that is most commonly located in the female pelvis and perineum. We report a case of aggressive angiomyxoma arising from the epididymis of a young male, which was treated by radical orchiectomy.

The surgical findings in 197 consecutive cases of cryptorchidism demonstrate a 63% incidence of unfurled epididymides. This anomaly was more prevalent with bilateral cryptorchidism. The associated hernias, testicular and epididymal appendages were also more common in the unfurled epididymides cases, particularly in those that were bilateral.

A thirty-one-year-old man with a scrotal swelling on the left side was found to have periarteritis nodosa of the epididymis (epididymal arteries). No systemic symptoms were present. Review of the literature revealed only two similar cases.

The clinical, histological, and immunohistochemical features of two cases of apparently isolated arteritis of the epididymis are presented. The aetiology and pathogenesis of the condition are discussed. Immunoglobulin and complement were shown in the acute arterial lesions, but this is not conclusive evidence that isolated arteritis is either an immune complex disease or a forme fruste of polyarteritis nodosa.
