Primary adenocarcinoma of Fallopian tube is a rare gynecological malignancy affecting women in the fifth and sixth decades of their lives. The rarity of this type of carcinoma has prompted reports of individual cases rather than publication of a large series. One such case is reported in a 50-year-old nulliparous post-menopausal female. The age, low fertility index and presentation of the disease are in accordance with previous reports in the literature. The present case also fulfills the diagnostic criteria's applied to this tumor.

Hysterosalpingography accurately delineates the uterine and tubal lumen, and hence is routinely performed for the evaluation of infertility.We observed a case of infertility where uterine cavity was normal but fallopian tubes were bifurcated at the ampullary region. Mullerian duct anomalies are reported in literature, but maldevelopment of fallopian tube in isolation is rare. This abnormality can present as infertility, ectopic pregnancy, in association with urinary tract anomalies or as failure of sterilisation method.

Primary fallopian tube carcinoma represents less than 1% of all gynecologic malignancies and is therefore one of the less common malignancies of the female genital tract. Fallopian tube carcinoma is rarely diagnosed preoperatively and is often mistaken for benign pelvic disease or ovarian cancer. A patient with Stage III fallopian tube carcinosarcoma treated with cisplatin, doxorubicin, and cyclophosphamide, surviving 31 months disease-free after diagnosis, is presented. Review of the literature revealed this is the 28th case report of malignant mixed Mullerian tumor of the fallopian tube, and fifth instance in which chemotherapy was used as a primary therapy. Modern chemotherapy appears to have improved survival.

Spontaneous uterine rupture in the second trimester of pregnancy with twins following a previous re-fertilization is very rare. A case of spontaneous cornual uterine rupture following re-implantation of the Fallopian tubes in a 35-year-old multigravid woman is described.
