OBJECTIVE: To observe clinical efficacy of chiropractic manipulation in the treatment of degenerative scoliosis (DS).
METHODS: From June 2017 to September 2019, 120 patients with degenerative scoliosis were randomly divided into treatment group (60 cases) and control group(60 cases). OBJECTIVE: To review the literature on outcome studies of chiropractic/manipulation for tension-type and migraine headaches.
DESIGN: Qualitative literature review.
RESULTS: Of nine studies of manipulation for tension-type headaches that reported quantitative outcomes, four were randomized clinical trials and five were case series designs. These studies reported on 729 subjects, 613 of whom received manipulation. Outcomes ranged from good to excellent. Reported is a case of a 34-year-old man, previously in good health, who underwent chiropractic manipulation of the cervical spine for treatment of a recent whiplash injury. Immediately following manipulation, the patient became unresponsive and was found to have sustained a brain stem infarction resulting in the "Locked-In" syndrome. Ten months following the initial insult, he remained tetraplegic and mute but able to communicate by eye blinking and vertical eye movements.

CASE REPORT: We report on a 37-year old patient with sudden onset of pain of the right scalp and an ipsilateral small pupil, presenting five weeks after chiropractic manipulation of the neck.
METHODS/RESULTS: Pharmacologic pupil testing showed a postganglionic Horner's syndrome on the right side. Magnetic resonance angiography confirmed the diagnosis of a dissection of the right internal carotid artery at a subacute stage.

OBJECTIVE: To assess the efficacy of chiropractic spinal manipulative therapy (SMT) in the treatment of migraine.
DESIGN: A randomized controlled trial of 6 months' duration. The trial consisted of 3 stages: 2 months of data collection (before treatment), 2 months of treatment, and a further 2 months of data collection (after treatment).
