Treatment of chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) has dramatically evolved over the last decades thanks to the introduction of targeted therapies. We aimed to describe retrospectively the evolution in the frontline prescription in the CLL patients from our institution. OBJECTIVE AND IMPORTANCE: Gamma heavy chain diseases (γHCD) and large granular lymphocyte (LGL) leukemia are two rare lymphoproliferative diseases, respectively with B and T phenotype. Both γHCD and LGL leukemia share some similar clinical features, such as cytopenias, splenomegaly, and recurrent infections. We evaluated the occurrence of acute nonlymphocytic leukemia (ANL) among 1399 women with ovarian cancer who were treated in five randomized clinical trials.
