An 11-year-old, 7 kg male neutered domestic shorthair cat, presented to the University Veterinary Hospital (UVH) for investigation of chronic tachypnoea and dyspnoea. Radiographs, bronchoscopy and computerised tomography (CT) demonstrated an intra-tracheal mass measuring 13 mm × 5 mm × 6 mm arising from the right wall of the caudal trachea immediately cranial to the carina. Pseudoepitheliomatous, keratotic, and micaceous balanitis (PKMB) is a pyodermatitis with pseudoepitheliomatous response to chronic inflammation or infection. Rarely it can develop a horn. Mcc has an aggressive behavior, local recurrence, and regional or distant metastasis generally develop within a short period of time. Treatment of 16 patients with aggressive benign bone tumours and one patient with a low grade malignancy with a combined regimen of cryosurgery, phenolization and acrylic cementation is reported.
