INTRODUCTION: A high burden of sexually transmitted infections (STIs) exists among trainees entering United States Air Force Basic Military Training (BMT). Although women entering training are universally screened for STIs, men are rarely tested. The rates of testing among symptomatic men who present with dysuria during BMT are unknown. An 8-year-old, female chipmunk (Tamias sibiricus), which had been kept as a pet, was presented with a chief complaint of the gradually enlarging mammary mass and dysuria. BACKGROUND: Microperforate hymen is a rare congenital anomaly characterized by a small pinpoint opening in the hymen; girls with this anomaly are prone to develop ascending pelvic infections and recurrent urinary tract infections.
CASE: We report the case of a 3-year-old girl who presented with fevers, abdominal pain, recurrent vaginitis, and dysuria. She was found to have a microperforate hymen and pyocolpos. She was treated with intravenous antibiotics and underwent hymenotomy and drainage of 150 cc of purulent fluid.

INTRODUCTION: We present a case of a differentiated adenocarcinoma of the female urethra, which caused dysuria and voiding dysfunction.
MATERIALS AND METHODS: A 54-year-old female presented with dysuria and the sensation of incomplete voiding.
RESULTS: An ultrasound-guided biopsy showed a urethral carcinoma. A magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scan showed a high-stage tumor. The patient had a pelvic exenteration. The patient was free of disease after 2 years of follow up.

INTRODUCTION: Tape infection after insertion of tension-free vaginal tape is a well-known but rare complication. We report a patient who experienced a subcutaneous abscess 19 years after the surgery.
CASE PRESENTATION: A 41-year-old woman presented with fever and lower abdominal pain. She had undergone tension-free vaginal tape insertion for stress urinary incontinence 19 years prior.
