BACKGROUND: Glomus tumors (GTs) are mesenchymal neoplastic lesions arising from the glomus bodies and generally occur in the fingers and toes. Gastrointestinal GTs are rare, and most of them originate from the stomach; however, GT arising from the duodenum is exceedingly rare.

Incidental papillary thyroid carcinomas (IPTCs) consist of a significant portion of increasing incidence in papillary thyroid carcinomas. This study investigated the clinicopathological features of IPTCs from different perspectives and by comparing nonincidental PTCs (NIPTCs) in patients who underwent total thyroidectomy and lymph node dissection. At the age of 20, laparoscopic left ovarian cystectomy and pelvic adhesiolysis for endometriosis was carried out. Duodenal gastrinoma is recognized as a relatively common cause of Zollinger-Ellison syndrome, but its clinical and biological features are not well known.
