Blind and visually impaired (BVI) people face significant challenges in perception, navigation, and safety during travel. Existing infrastructure (e.g., blind lanes) and traditional aids (e.g., walking sticks, basic audio feedback) provide limited flexibility and interactivity for complex environments.
