A 6-year-old, spayed, female, domestic shorthair cat presented with a 4-month history of chronic intermittent vomiting and anorexia. The haematologic results indicated moderate anaemia and a circulating mast cell population. The abdominal radiography revealed a markedly enlarged spleen. The cytological analysis of the spleen showed a uniform population of mast cells, and a diagnosis of systemic mastocytosis (splenic mast cell tumour with mastocytaemia) was made. A 45-year-old woman with T-cell lymphoma is reported. Enlargement of the peripheral lymph nodes was not observed. Splenectomy was performed for hypersplenism and during the operation the mesenteric and retroperitoneal lymph nodes were found to be greatly enlarged. Blood volume was measured using 125iodinated human serum albumin in 27 children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia, and in 7 children with various types of leukemia. Neurolymphomatosis associated with mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) is extremely rare. Thus, we report a case of imaging findings of neurolymphomatosis in a 60-year-old man with MCL who developed acute neurological symptoms after complete remission. On 18F-FDG PET/CT and brain PET/MR, it presents as multiple spinal root or nerve enlargement with intense FDG uptake. The final diagnosis confirmed recurrent neurolymphomatosis of MCL.

A 58-year-old man presented with painless swelling and induration of the glans and prepuce, initially suspected of having penile cancer. Clinical examination revealed bilateral inguinal lymphadenopathy. CT showed generalised lymph node enlargement, and biopsy confirmed small-cell lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL). Treatment with rituximab led to near-complete remission. This case report highlights penile lymphedema as a rare initial presentation of systemic lymphoma.

A 67-year-old woman presented with progressive enlargement of a long-standing mass on the surface of her OS associated with ocular surface irritation. The mass was excised en bloc. Histopathological examination showed a well-defined encapsulated tumor composed of wiry collagen containing bland spindle cells that were strongly positive for CD34 with scattered mature adipocytes. These features confirmed a diagnosis of spindle cell lipoma.

Aspergillus thyroiditis is a rare disorder detected in immunocompromised patients during disseminated infections. Early management is essential to prevent high mortality. A 61-year-old allogeneic stem cell male recipient presented with painful thyroid nodular enlargement. He had low TSH and low free T4 levels. The thyroid ultrasound showed a hypoechoic nodule; biopsy indicated suppurative Aspergillus thyroiditis. He was successfully treated by amphotericin B.

An infant with severe combined immunodeficiency (SCID) is described, who presented with severe anaemia and hepatosplenomegaly due to disseminated Bacillus Calmette-Guérin (BCG) infection involving the bone marrow, liver and spleen. After BMT, huge splenic enlargement occurred, presumably due to proliferation of engrafted donor lymphocytes, leading to severe hypersplenism. Peripheral blood cell consumption was resolved by splenectomy, but gradual loss of the marrow graft followed.

Class I Langerhans cell histiocytosis (LCH) is described in a two- and a half-year-old male. The initial expression of the disease was conspicuous by the presence of extensive pustular crusted rash and, later in its course, by purpura, diabetes insipidus, otitis media, enlargement of the liver and spleen, and infiltration into the lungs. The patient expired due to extensive hemorrhage over 24 hours.

Objective: To improve the knowledge and experience of ibrutinib combined with CAR-T cells in the treatment of high-risk chronic lymphoblastic leukemia (CLL) patients or small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL) with TP53 gene aberration. Methods: One case of del (17p) CLL patients with BCL-2 inhibitor resistance was treated with ibrutinib combined with CAR-T cells, successfully bridged to allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT) , and the relative literatures were reviewed.
