Aim: This study reports the outcomes of cytoreductive prostate cryoablation and metronomic cyclophosphamide for the treatment of metastatic … dir <0.1 ng/ml. Dysuria and hematuria before prostate cryoablation disappeared within 1 month after cryosurgery, and no incontinence was seen after prostate cryoablation. No local therapy was needed during follow-up. Conclusion: Cytoreductive prostate cryoablation and metronomic cyclophosphamide prove an effective and safe combination therapy for mHSPC.
