Rudimentary uterine horn pregnancy is rare and, to our knowledge, has not been previously reported in Cameroon. We herein report the case of a 22 year old second gravida referred for acute abdominal pain at 17 weeks of gestation. Physical examination revealed hemoperitoneum with hypovolemic shock. We report the case of a 28-year-old patient, G9P4. Her last pregnancy was marked by a failure of a medical termination at 4 gestational weeks. A yearling Arabian-type filly with a history of poor growth, erythrocytosis, hypoglycemia, and high liver enzyme activities was admitted to the hospital for evaluation. BACKGROUND: Excruciating generalized abdominal pain with features suggestive of shock, at the end of the first or early second week after laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC), is a frightening and formidable diagnostic predicament. This is because the early known complications like biliary leak or vascular injuries are unlikely diagnoses. Hemoperitoneum, is not usually considered, but instead more common occurrences like acute pancreatitis, choledocholithiasis, and sepsis are suspected. A delay in diagnosis and subsequent management of hemoperitoneum could have disastrous consequences.

Contrary to traumatic and iatrogenic intraabdominal hemorrhages, spontaneous intraabdominal hemorrhage is a challenging clinical situation. A variety of neoplastic and non-neoplastic conditions may cause spontaneous intraabdominal bleeding. Imaging findings vary depending on the source of bleeding and the underlying cause. In this article, we aim to increase the awareness of imagers to the most common causes of spontaneous intraabdominal hemorrhage by using representative cases.

During 1970-1976, 459 cases of primary carcinoma of the liver were admitted to the Department of Medicine, Siriraj Hospital, Thailand. Three hundred and two cases (66%) had associated cirrhosis. METHODS: We present the case of a 38-year-old man affected by metastatic melanoma who had been under treatment with vemurafenib for a few days. Omental pregnancy is a rare form of ectopic pregnancy, and can be seen primarily or secondary to a tubal pregnancy.
