Cardiac myxoma recurrence is uncommon following surgical resection. Recurrence is about 2-3% in familial cases; however, recurrence is uncommon in sporadic cases. Myelofibrosis (MF) is a myeloproliferative neoplasm (MPN) characterized by progressive bone marrow fibrosis and extramedullary hematopoiesis.
