BACKGROUND: Stevens-Johnson syndrome (SJS) and toxic epidermal necrolysis (TEN) are severe mucocutaneous disorders. To date, relatively few studies have looked at institutional approaches to treatment of SJS/TEN, particularly with a focus on wound care.
METHODS: A retrospective review was conducted on patients admitted to the Hennepin County Medical Center from 2007 to 2017 with a final diagnosis of SJS or TEN. Data were obtained for demographics, causative drug, hospital course, supportive care, medical management, complications, and disposition.

PURPOSE: To identify the spectrum of clinical presentation of iliac artery fibromuscular dysplasia (FMD) and to evaluate the outcomes of endovascular management of iliac artery FMD for claudication.
MATERIALS AND METHODS: All patients in a single institution with a diagnosis of FMD between January 1980 and December 2010 were identified. Iliac artery FMD was present in 14 patients. Associated risk factors included hypertension (79%), hyperlipidemia (64%), smoking history (36%), coronary artery disease (21%), diabetes (0%), and obesity (36%).

OBJECTIVE: Extracranial carotid artery aneurysms (ECCAs) are extremely rare with limited information about management options. Our purpose was to review our institution's experience with ECCAs during 15 years and to discuss the presentation and treatment of these aneurysms.
