BACKGROUND: Bladder cancer is one of the most common cancers worldwide, and urothelial carcinoma is the most common form of bladder cancer. Gastric metastasis of urothelial carcinoma of the bladder is a rare condition. Cystoscopy plays an important role in the diagnosis of bladder cancer; however, it is an invasive procedure that may affect the patient's prognosis and does not allow for the observation of cancer infiltration and metastasis.
