OBJECTIVE: Biomedical knowledge graphs (KGs) such as PrimeKG, Hetionet, UMLS, and PharmGKB are increasingly used as the substrate for downstream machine-learning, retrieval-augmented generation, drug-repurposing, and electronic health record (EHR) augmentation pipelines.
