We present a case of gonadotrophin-independent precocious puberty, as seen in McCune-Albright syndrome, and Leri-Weill dyschondrosteosis in a six and a half year-old girl. Her father also reports having early puberty and is similarly affected with dyschondrosteosis. This combination of features has not been reported previously, and represents the association of a skeletal dysplasia with an endocrinopathy.

An association of bilateral large adrenocortical androgen-producing adenomas with polycystic ovaries in a young female is presented. We performed an endocrinological study on three males with persistent pubertal macromastia. The blood testosterone (T) level in these patients was either elevated or at the upper normal limit, estrone (E1) and estradiol (E2) levels were high, and T/E1 and T/E2 ratios were decreased.
