Endovascular aneurysm repair is a minimally invasive technique for the treatment of abdominal aortic aneurysms. Endovascular aneurysm sealing (EVAS) is conceptually different than endovascular aneurysm repair (EVAR). We report the case of a 69-year-old man with a late type 1b endoleak due to proximal migration of both iliac limbs 5 years after endovascular repair of an abdominal aortic aneurysm.
