BACKGROUND: Reconstruction of the soft tissue defects of the heel has been an area of challenge over the years for plastic and reconstructive surgeons. The medial plantar artery flap has helped cover these defects. Androgen deprivation therapy (ADT) is the primary systemic therapy for treating locally advanced or metastatic prostate cancer (PCa).
