Segmented polyurethanes based on polycaprolactone, 4,4 (metylene-bis-cyclohexyl) isocyanate, and l-lysine were synthesized, manufactured as small vascular grafts and characterized according to ISO 7198 standard for cardiovascular implants-tubular vascular prosthesis. Syntheses under shock in nitrogen bubbled samples of the water - formamide - bicarbonate - sodium hydroxide system at pH 8.63, 9.46 and 10.44 were performed in the stainless steel preservation capsules.
