BACKGROUND: The study is inclined to investigate the antagonistic effects of endostatin-vascular endothelial growth inhibitor chimeric recombinant adenovirus (Ad-hENDO-VEGI) on homocysteine (Hcy)-induced vascular endothelial cells (VECs) injury in vitro and in vivo.

Pleural fluid involvement by high-grade endometrial stromal sarcoma (HG-ESS) is exceedingly rare, with only one previously reported case. We report a case of ZC3H7B::BCOR fusion-positive HG-ESS metastatic to the pleural fluid in a 32-year-old female who presented with pelvic pain and a large uterine mass suspicious for leiomyosarcoma on MRI. Mitochondria are dynamically regulated by fission and fusion processes. Silibinin induces apoptosis of MCF-7 and MDA-MB-231 human breast cancer cells. PURPOSE: Although radioulnar synostosis (RUS) and other skeletal anomalies are features of the 8q22.2q22.3 microdeletion syndrome, the precise genetic etiology of RUS remains undefined. Here, we aimed to define the genetic basis of joint fusion in this syndrome.

NONO-TFE3 RCC is a subtype of Xp11.2 translocation renal cell carcinoma (RCC). So far, only a small amount of NONO-TFE3 RCC have been reported owing to lack of effective diagnosis methods.
