Mesonephric carcinoma is a tumor entity that rarely develops in the neck of the uterus and vaginal wall and is extremely unusual in the urinary bladder or paraurethral tissue. CASE REPORT: We report the case of a 57-year-old Caucasian woman with an intracardial migration of a single-J stent after pelvic exenteration.
