A number of methods of managing radiation-induced skin reactions have been presented in this article. However, currently no standard of care exists among institutions and physicians in managing these skin reactions. BACKGROUND: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the tolerability of concurrent radiotherapy and cetuximab (bioradiotherapy [BRT]) after taxane-based induction chemotherapy in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC).
