The current study elucidates the improved drug loading of paclitaxel (PTX) in lipid- and D-α-tocopheryl polyethylene glycol succinate (TPGS)-based core-shell-type lipid nanocapsules (PTX-TPGS-LNC) for augmenting the therapeutic efficacy and curbing the toxicity.
