Oncocytic lipoadenomas of salivary gland are extremely rare tumors with only two previously reported cases. In this paper, we describe an additional example of oncocytic lipoadenoma showing sebaceous differentiation, a hitherto unreported occurrence. The tumor was encapsulated and measured 3 x 2.5 x 2 cm. Periocular malignancies may present differently, behave more aggressively, and pose greater challenges for treatment and repair than malignancies at other cutaneous sites. The physical characteristics of electrosurgery are reviewed and the peculiar behavior of the cutting current is described. The indications for excisional by electrosurgery are discussed and the procedure is described. The advantages and disadvantages of the method are given.
