BACKGROUND: From 1999, Norwegian guidelines recommend two escalated (esc) BEACOPP (bleomycin, etoposide, doxorubicin, cyclophosphamide, vincristine, procarbazine, prednisolone) followed by six standard (s) BEACOPP for patients with advanced-stage classical Hodgkin lymphoma (HL) with an international prognostic score (IPS) ≥ 4.
