Here, we report a case of catamenial pneumothorax that occurred during endometriosis treatment. A 46-year-old woman presented with a history of right pneumothorax. OBJECTIVES: We investigated the safety and efficacy of continuous intraoperative neuromonitoring (CIONM) during video-assisted thoracoscopic lobectomy for left lung cancer in preventing recurrent laryngeal nerve injury.
