We present a case of a 28 year old woman with paroxysmal left posterior fascicular ventricular tachycardia (LPFVT). Ventricular tachycardia was not inducible after completing of left ventricle 3D reconstruction. Even though catheter ablation was not performed, no LPFVT recurrence has been documented during 60 months follow-up. We surmise that we caused mechanical trauma during the mapping of the posterior fascicle that damaged arrhythmogenic structures and subsequently led to long term remission of the left posterior fascicular ventricular tachycardia.

Inhaled foreign bodies can be a life-threatening emergency and requires immediate intervention. We report a 40-year-old man who came to the ER complaining of chest pain and cough. He had lost his dental prosthesis. Chest X-Rays showed two foreign bodies, one at the intermediate bronchus and the other at the left posterior basal segmental bronchus. By fibrobronchoscopy, porcelain fused to a metal dental crown of six teeth was extracted from the right side, and a cast of metal from the left side.

Liver transplantation has become a standard option in the management of patients with end-stage liver disease. It is now evident that the most common etiology of long-term graft dysfunction is the recurrence of the primary liver disease. Collision tumors are defined as the simultaneous presence of two adjacent but histologically distinct tumor types arising in the same organ or site. The occurrence of these tumors is rare. We report a 52 year-old woman with a collision tumor consisting of metastatic adenocarcinoma and follicular lymphoma present in the same lymph node, excised from the left supraclavicular space.
