PURPOSE: To report 1-year results from the first subgroup of patients treated with the Multilayer Flow Modulator (MFM) stent for aortic aneurysm and dissection.
METHODS: Up to December 2012, 243 patients have been treated worldwide for aortic aneurysm and dissection with the Cardiatis MFM under the established indications for use. INTRODUCTION: The Bioenteric Intragastric Balloon (BIB, Inamed Health, Santa Barbara, CA, USA) is an endoscopic method for achieving restriction of gastric intake in obese patients. It is less invasive and cheaper than bariatric surgery, but can only be left in the stomach for six months. We report our experience with the BIB in Singapore.

Atrioventricular nodal reentrant tachycardia (AVNRT) is the most frequent paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia and results from reentry in the atrioventricular nodal region via slow and fast pathways.
