Stellate ganglion block (SGB) is widely employed in clinical practices to manage various conditions by modulating the sympathetic nervous system activity. However, there is currently a lack of clinical evidence assessing its effect on the incidence of POD. In this series, we examined the efficacy of celiac plexus blockade in providing pain relief and reducing opiate use in 14 adult urology patients with non-obstructive flank pain for > 1 year.
