Peripheral T-cell non-Hodgkin lymphomas (T-NHL) are rare diseases, with a worse prognosis compared to their B-cell counterparts. Allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplant may have a role in the treatment of relapsed/refractory disease or high-risk histologies in the upfront setting. However, there is limited information on the efficacy of allogeneic transplant for these diseases, as well as what factors may predict outcomes. Adult T-cell leukemia/lymphoma (ATLL) is a distinct peripheral T-cell neoplasm that is highly resistant to chemotherapy. BACKGROUND: Pazopanib is an oral tyrosine-kinase inhibitor that is approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for treatment of metastatic renal cell carcinoma (mRCC). Pharmacokinetic data have shown that concomitant administration of pazopanib and esomeprazole, a proton pump inhibitor (PPI), leads to decreased area under the curve and thus decreased exposure of pazopanib by 40%. Micronuclei (MNs) are common in chromosomally unstable cancers, yet their role in ecDNA-driven tumors remains unclear.
