A multi-agent RAG system for generating SCORM courses from enterprise documents.

Corporate onboarding requires the effective transfer of complex organizational knowledge embedded in internal policies and procedural documents; however, existing artificial intelligence (AI)-driven course generation systems primarily target academic or public knowledge domains. This gap limits the scalability and consistency of enterprise training, particularly in regulated environments where factual accuracy is critical. In this study, we present a multi-agent pipeline that automatically generates Sharable Content Object Reference Model (SCORM) 1.2-compliant e-learning courses from heterogen

Understanding therapists' use of routine outcome monitoring in a low-embedded context. A qualitative study in Italian public health services.

OBJECTIVE: Routine Outcome Monitoring (ROM) improves psychotherapy outcomes, yet its integration into routine clinical practice remains limited in settings where it is not structurally embedded. This study examines how psychotherapists engage with and make sense of ROM in such low-implementation contexts, using Italian public mental health services as an empirical case. METHODS: Fifteen psychotherapists who used ROM for 12 to 36 months within a larger clinical trial were interviewed about their experiences. Interviews were audio-recorded, transcribed, and analyzed using Constructivist Grounde

We designed and evaluated a national home-based CR (HBCR) program in the Veterans Health Administration (VHA). The primary aim of the study was to examine barriers and facilitators associated with site-level implementation of HBCR. METHODS: This study used a convergent parallel mixed-methods design with qualitative data to analyze the process of implementation, quantitative data to determine low and high uptak

Dueling priorities.

The Institute of Medicine report on medical errors and the resulting attention from the public and health care purchasers pushed patients safety to the forefront of providers' quality initiatives. Now, some health care leaders say the preoccupation with safety is wrongheaded and could detract from broad efforts to improve care.

Bridging the Knowledge Gap: Transforming COPD Management Through Lessons from Asthma.

INTRODUCTION: Advances in asthma immunopathology and the integration of biologic therapies have reshaped clinical practice, and in turn have impacted diagnosis, phenotyping, monitoring, and care organization. Given the persistent burden of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), transferring these strategies may facilitate the implementation of precision medicine in COPD. The BRIDGE project, an educational initiative involving seven pulmonologists, aimed to identify key learnings from asthma that could support the incorporation of immunological insights and biologics into the management

The Systemic Lottery - A Field Observational Study on the Detection and Management of Acute Events in Care Homes.

AIMS AND OBJECTIVES: Care home residents represent some of the frailest and most vulnerable members of society due to impaired physical and cognitive functions. In acute situations specifically, residents often rely heavily on others to speak and act on their behalf. This places significant demands on organizational preparedness within care homes and across sectors. However, the contextual and structural processes in these situations are underexplored, potentially overlooking important contextual and clinical processes to support person-centered care in acute situations. We sought to obtain a

Barriers to Accessing Cervical Cancer Screening and Treatment in the Amazon Region-A Systematic Review.

Background/Objectives: Unequal access to cervical cancer screening and treatment remains a significant contributor to preventable morbidity and mortality for women in the Amazon Basin, compounded by geographic, social and infrastructural barriers. Given the fragmented nature of the existing evidence, this systematic review aims to synthesize available findings on barriers to cervical cancer screening and treatment for this region. The implications of these findings are examined to inform the development of actionable strategies to improve equity in prevention and care. Methods: This systematic
