Myopericytomas are rare benign tumors that show a distinctive, concentric perivascular proliferation of oval to spindle-shaped myoid-appearing cells that are predominantly arranged concentrically around thin-walled vascular channels. These lesions are similar in histologic appearance to hemangiopericytomas, myofibromas, and glomus tumors. The myopericytoma is usually found in the distal extremities, but a handful of reports have shown the lesion to be present in the oral cavity. This report describes a case of labial angioleiomyoma in a 52-year-old woman. The patient had noticed a slow-growing painless isolated mass in her upper lip for 6 months. The mass was surgically excised, and pathological examination was consistent with angioleiomyoma. Surgical excision was curative, and there was no recurrence at 12-month follow-up.

Cloacogenic carcinoma is a tumour which develops from cylindric epithelial cells at the anorectal junction. BACKGROUND AND INTRODUCTION: Statisticians rank oral and lip cancer sixth in global mortality at 10.2%. Mouth opening and swallowing are challenging. Hence, most oral cancer patients only report later stages. They worry about surviving cancer and receiving therapy. Oral cancer severely affects QOL. BACKGROUND: Schwannomas of the head and neck are uncommon tumors that arise from the nerve sheath and may afflict peripheral, autonomic, or cranial nerves. It is important to consider the possible differential diagnoses of a nasolabial lump in a child because its appropriate treatment varies widely.

This paper reports a patient with a history of breast cancer, who presented with altered sensation to the right lower lip and chin. An orthopantomogram showed a probable dentigerous cyst associated with an unerupted lower wisdom tooth, which was closely related to the inferior dental canal. The tooth and cyst were enucleated under general anaesthesia. The subsequent histopathology report concluded that the cyst contained metastatic adenocarcinoma from a primary breast tumour.
