Hepatoblastoma is the most common hepatic neoplasm in children. However, its incidence is infrequent beyond age five. We present the case of a 15-year-old female diagnosed with metastatic hepatoblastoma during hospitalization for liver function deterioration. The patient presented with abdominal distension, jaundice, and other symptoms indicative of advanced disease.
