Transverse testicular ectopia (TTE) is a rare congenital anomaly in which both testes descend through the same inguinal canal. The most frequent clinical presentation is undescended testis (UDT) with ipsilateral inguinal hernia and contralateral non-palpable testis. Two cases of vasitis nodosa are reported hereon. The two patients were 47 and 40 year old males with desire of refertility. They were performed vasectomy 23 and 10 years ago. Arylsulfatase A (AS-A) is localized to the sperm surface and participates in sperm-zona pellucida binding. We investigated how AS-A, usually known as an acrosomal enzyme, trafficked to the sperm surface. This study reports the first successful vasectomy on a southern African male giraffe (Giraffa camelopardalis giraffa). The goal of the procedure was to create a teaser male for reproductive studies. Following chemical immobilization using a combination of medetomidine and thiafentanil, the giraffe underwent surgery with local anesthesia. Arterial vascularization of the genital system organs were dissected. OBJECTIVE: To develop a convenient technique for dividing the bladder neck during radical retropubic prostatectomy.
METHOD: Before opening the bladder, we created a plane that separates the anterior surface of the seminal vesicles from the posterior wall of the bladder and ran an umbilical tape through the plane. The posterior bladder neck wall was later divided using this tape as a guide mark.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: The posterior bladder neck was divided in a single, easy, and swift maneuver (less than 2 min) in 350 patients with no subsequent complications.

Although minor complications have been reported, hydrocelectomy generally is considered to be a safe procedure. We recently treated 3 patients who became azoospermic after hydrocele repair. Of the patients 2 underwent bilateral and 1 unilateral hydrocelectomy. All 3 patients had iatrogenic injury to the vas deferens or epididymis after hydrocele repair.

Twenty three cases of alterations of the epididymis-testicular union found in 1,000 children with cryptorchism are discussed. Anatomical and pathological findings are described and world literature on the subject is reviewed, finding very scanty references to this problem in spite of the fact that expected incidence of epididymis testicular non-junction is between 1 and 2% of the patients with cryptorchism.
