The general treatment principle is determined by clinical manifestations, lesion size, anatomic location, and complications. Vulvar malignancies are rare and have diverse origins and presentations. The majority of these tumors are squamous cell carcinoma. Aggressive angiomyxoma is a rare, benign but locally aggressive mesenchymal neoplasm, which occurs almost exclusively during the reproductive years of women. Extraskeletal mesenchymal chondrosarcoma is a rare tumor. It has been noted to occur most commonly in muscle and the central nervous system. It has never been reported to occur in the soft tissues of the anogenital region. We report the first such case, occurring in a 40-year-old woman who presented with a 1-year history of a mass originating in the left labium majus. After extensive local resection and lymph node dissection she remains disease free after 40 months follow-up.

A case of proliferating trichilemmal tumor, otherwise known as pilar tumor, occurring in the dermis of the left labium majus of a 65-year-old woman, is presented. To our knowledge, this is the second reported case of such a tumor occurring in this location. The origin of this neoplasm, the reasons for its rarity at this site, and the range of its biological behavior are discussed in relation to the clinical manifestations of this case.

A 60-year-old woman complained about an indolent and slowly growing tumor of the vulva. Clinical examination showed a sharply circumscribed lump in the posterior part of the left labium majus, suggestive of a cyst of Bartholin's gland. At operation a solid, macroscopically encapsulated tumor was found, which was a mostly well-differentiated liposarcoma on histological examination. Ten months after operation, the patient was well and had no signs of local or distant recurrence. The clinical and pathological features of this extremely rare case are presented and discussed.

A healthy 25-year-old white woman presented with a 2-year history of vaginal pruritus, burning, and dyspareunia. Numerous grayish purple macular and papular lesions, ranging in size from 0.5 to 2.0 mm, were observed on both labia majora. Some were centrally eroded.
