Bevacizumab is a humanized monoclonal antibody against vascular endothelial factor (VEGF) that targets tumor cell angiogenesis and proliferation. A 62-year-old woman presented with a 2-year history of extensive, pruritic dermatosis over her face, trunk, and limbs. She was initially treated for psoriasis with methotrexate 5 mg twice weekly and topical clobetasol cream; however, her condition worsened, and she was admitted for generalized exfoliative dermatitis. The occurrence of vitiligo with prodromal erythema in Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada (VKH) disease is rarely observed. We describe a 68-year-old Chinese woman who developed extensive vitiligo 6 months after the onset of a generalized erythroderma and 12 months after the onset of acute bilateral uveitis.
