This study presents a novel, cost-effective, and transparent tumor spheroid array chip fabricated via Mask Stereolithography 3D printing and Polydimethylsiloxane molding, enabling the scalable generation of thousands of uniform spheroids. The chip demonstrated excellent biocompatibility, supporting tumor spheroid growth with cell viability exceeding 95%. OBJECTIVE: This study reports the results of injectable silicone PTQ implants for faecal incontinence due to internal anal sphincter (IAS) dysfunction.
METHOD: Twenty patients (12 women) with partial faecal incontinence aged from 55 to 65 years were treated by a PTQ implant. All patients completed the Cleveland Clinic Continence and Quality of Life questionnaire. Endoluminal ultrasound and anorectal physiological testing were performed in each patient.
