PURPOSE: To assess the risk factors for invasive Candida infection (ICI) caused by fluconazole-resistant (Flu-R) Candida species in intensive care unit (ICU) patients.
MATERIALS AND METHODS: Data from China Survey of Candidiasis study were analyzed. Patients with proven ICI were classified into fluconazole-sensitive (Flu-S) and Flu-R groups. Independent risk factors for Flu-R ICI were identified using a multivariate logistic regression.

BACKGROUND: Inconsistencies have been identified in the three-factor structure and item loadings of the most commonly used self-report hoarding screening tool, the Saving Inventory - Revised (SI-R), which assesses difficulty discarding, clutter and acquisition. The current study aimed to confirm the factor structure of the SI-R using congeneric modelling, and evaluate the construct and content validity of this measure.
METHODS: 139 participants with self-identified hoarding completed the SI-R. Congeneric structural equation modelling was then performed to validate the SI-R factor structure.

We sought to clarify the musculoskeletal ultrasound (MSUS) findings and serum concentrations of cytokines/growth factors in glucocorticoid-resistant polymyalgia rheumatica (GC-R PMR). We report clinical and molecular findings in 15 Japanese mosaic females with r(X) chromosomes, 45,X/46,X,r(X), confirmed by fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) analysis for DXZ1 and whole X chromosome painting.
