We establish compatibility of Lie structures that appear in homotopy calculus of functors and isotopy calculus of embeddings. We herein report a case of peliosis hepatis induced by tamoxifen therapy in breast cancer. A woman in her 50s underwent multimodal treatment including surgery, chemotherapy, radiation, and endocrine therapy. One year after surgery, imaging revealed a 3-cm hepatic lesion. The tumor marker levels were mostly normal. A biopsy showed blood-filled cavities without fibrosis, and CD34 staining suggested collapsed sinusoidal structures, leading to a diagnosis of peliosis hepatis. We conducted a study to determine if there is a correlation between inadequate anterior tonsillar pillar support and sleep-disordered breathing. We examined 11 patients with a history of tonsillectomy to ascertain the structural and functional integrity of their anterior tonsillar pillars. Degeneration of the elastica and collagen fibres in skin biopsies from patients with acrodermatitis chronica atrophicans was studied with light and electron microscopy.
