Supernumerary teeth and hypodontia can be regarded as opposite developmental phenomena. An eight-year-old girl presented a concomitant occurrence of a supernumerary tooth and two congenitally missing teeth. Depending on tooth location, usually, dens evaginatus describes an anomaly of posterior teeth and talon cusp as an anomaly of anterior teeth. From the standpoint of developmental, morphological and histological considerations dens evaginatus is a more acceptable term to use and talon cusp should be considered as a subset of dens evaginatus. It mostly occurs as an isolated finding rather than an integral part of any disorder. Two cases of dens evaginatus along with other dental anomalies are reported.

Preschoolers frequently experience traumatic dental injuries, particularly during their two to four years of life. The majority of these injuries result in tooth avulsion because of the alveolar bone resiliency around the primary teeth. This study explains an instance of damage sustained during play that resulted in an early knockout of the primary incisor.
