BACKGROUND: Small cell carcinoma is a highly aggressive neuroendocrine malignancy that most commonly arises in the lungs, gastrointestinal tract, or pancreas. Aggressive angiomyxoma (AA) is a rare mesenchimal tumor usually located in the pelvic and perineal region. Less than 30 cases of aggressive angiomyxoma with vaginal location have been reported in the literature up to this date. The authors report the case of a 50-year-old female patient diagnosed with vaginal AA whose characteristics at its initial stage were macroscopically indistinguishable from those of a polypoid lesion. Therefore this case suggests that this type of tumor should be considered as part of the differential diagnosis of vaginal polypoid lesions.

PURPOSE: To investigate the occurrence, presentation, management, and treatment of patients found to have a primary colorectal malignancy arising in the intestinal neovagina.
METHODS: A systematic review of primary research studies describing intestinal malignancy arising in an intestinal neovagina was conducted. Reports of extraintestinal malignancy and secondary research study designs were excluded.

Gastric cancer is one of the most common cancers worldwide. The vast majority of gastric cancer is adenocarcinoma histologically. The majority of gastric cancer patients show distant metastasis at the time of diagnosis. Because they are diagnosed with metastatic disease, most often they are inoperable ovarian metastasis is a well-known metastasis of gastric cancer. Vaginal metastasis happens by the local spreading of ovarian or uterine metastasis. Extrapleural solitary fibrous tumors are being increasingly reported.
