Traumatic expulsive iridodialysis is a rare complication after trauma by a blunt object in eyes with previous small-incision cataract surgery. The presence of an intact lens capsule with an intraocular lens was thought to protect against damage beyond the posterior capsule. We report a case of dehiscence of the cataract wound and traumatic expulsive iridodialysis that also exhibited vitreous prolapse.

INTRODUCTION: Lipomatosis of the tongue is rarely observed.
CASE REPORT: An 85-year-old man with chronic alcoholism presented several symmetrical lipomas of the tongue with no other clinical manifestations. There was no capsule at the histology examination.
DISCUSSION: The multiple and symmetrical nature of the lesion without a capsule led to the diagnosis of benign symmetrical lipomatosis of the tongue, the fourth case reported in the literature.

In 10 cadaver shoulders, a posterior subspinous dislocation of the humeral head was provoked. All specimens showed total rupture of the posterior capsule and teres minor muscle, in most cases together with partial lesion in the infraspinatus muscle. In the majority of the specimens, lesions were also seen in the lower part of the subscapular muscle and in the proximal part of the anterior capsule.

The authors report a very rare case of tuberculoma involving the ulnar nerve. A histopathologic study was made to establish the prognostic importance of lymph node involvement in operable supraglottic laryngeal carcinoma. A total of 51 cancer patients underwent supraglottic horizontal laryngectomy with bilateral cervical dissection. OBJECTIVE: Adhesive capsulitis (frozen shoulder) is a common condition characterized by pain and progressive restriction of shoulder mobility, often requiring imaging for differential diagnosis. While bone scintigraphy is occasionally performed, the diagnostic potential of bloodpool SPECT/CT has never been evaluated.

We retrospectively reviewed the management of 49 patients with parapontine epidermoid cyst presenting with trigeminal neuralgia, emphasizing the importance of fully removing the tumor to relieve the trigeminal neuralgia.
