Bone marrow transplantation (BMT) from siblings is the treatment of choice for severe combined immunodeficiency (SCID). The objective of this study was to evaluate the efficiency of BMT from matched unrelated donors (MUD) in congenital immunodeficiencies when a sibling donor is unavailable.
