The cytoskeleton of normal and reactive retinal pigment epithelium (RPE) was analyzed immunohistochemically in five light microscopically normal formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded human eyes enucleated because of orbital tumor and in 44 eyes with a uveal melanoma.
