IMPORTANCE: Students with dysgraphia often receive test accommodations to enhance their handwriting legibility or speed. However, these accommodations are seldom individualized to ensure that they actually improve the performance of a specific student. Phyllodes tumours (PT) of the vulva are uncommon tumours. The gold standard treatment for these lesions is unknown but is intuitively presumed to be wide local excision.
