Malignant lymphomas are classified into different entities according to their morphology, immunohistochemical parameters and clinical behavior. Primary ovarian lymphoma is a rare entity. We submit a case of a 34-year-old black patient presenting with a bilateral adnexal tumor. She underwent hysterectomy with double salpingo-oophorectomy followed by polychemotherapy treatment. Histology confirmed Epstein-Barr virus-positive bilateral Burkitt's lymphoma. The patient died from septic shock after a month of treatment. Plasmablastic lymphoma (PBL) has been recently characterised as an aggressive subtype of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, most frequently arising in the oral cavity of HIV-infected patients. We present four patients with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma of the small bowel. Three of the patients were men. Two patients presented with acute abdomen due to tumoral perforation and the remaining 2 presented with abdominal pain and other effects of the mass.
