METHODS: A retrospective study was conducted on patients aged 60 or older who underwent orbicularis oculi flap suspension in conjunction with transcutaneous blepharoplasty to treat lower lid festoons, lower lid fat prolapse, and lid laxity at Korea University Guro Hospital.
