We report a case of spontaneous rupture of the urinary bladder (SRUB) due to bacterial cystitis in a 76-year-old woman with chief complaint of abdominal pain a day before presentation. She had fever (38.0°C), and her systolic blood pressure dropped to 70 mmHg; she was referred to our hospital, where she was admitted with a diagnosis of ileus. We report an extremely rare case of a dermoid cyst of the urinary bladder in a 30-year-old female who presented with pain in the left flank and dysuria since 9 months. On imaging (ultrasound and computed tomography), a relatively well-defined mass lesion with areas of fat and calcification was seen arising from the bladder wall. Cystoscopy showed presence of hair on the surface of the lesion. Histopathological findings were consistent with dermoid cyst in the urinary bladder.

In this short review, we discuss clear cell adenocarcinoma of the urinary bladder, a rare tumor that primarily affects women. The histogenesis of this neoplasm is uncertain; in some tumors the clinicopathologic and histologic features are suggestive of a müllerian origin. INTRODUCTION AND HYPOTHESIS: A case of inadvertent self-introduction into the urethra of a folded contraceptive vaginal ring (NuvaRing) in a 22-year-old woman is reported.
METHODS: The patient presented with lower urinary tract symptoms, including dysuria, urgency, and terminal hematuria, that appeared a few minutes after insertion of the device.

CASE REPORT: We report on a 42-year-old patient with Morris' syndrome and urinary bladder neovagina with a history of prolonged infections of the urinary bladder and intertrigo of the perineal region.
