RATIONALE: Chinese women topped the list of new breast cancers, the first diagnosed gastric metastasis and bone metastasis is extremely infrequent. The clinical and pathological diagnosis of metastatic breast cancer is difficult. BACKGROUND: Percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy (PEG) tube placement is one of the most common methods for establishing durable enteral access. Early PEG dislodgement occurs in < 5% of cases but typically prompts urgent surgical intervention to reestablish the gastrocutaneous tract and prevent intra-abdominal sepsis. To date, there is a single case report in the literature where successful endoscopic "rescue" of an early dislodged PEG tube negated the need for operative intervention. Here, we report our experience with a series of endoscopic PEG rescues for early dislodged PEG tubes.

Gastric epithelial dysplasia (GED) represents a recognized precursor lesion of gastric adenocarcinoma. GED types can be classified according to its morphology and patterns of mucin expression into adenomatous (intestinal), foveolar (gastric) and hybrid (mixed) types. We examined gastroscopic specimens with GED in 35 patients (21 men and 14 women, mean age 69.6 years).
