Little is known about the clinical significance of the peripheral blood CD4+ CD25+ FOXP3+ regulatory T cells (Tregs) and T helper-17 (Th17) cells in lymphoma patients. In this study, the prognostic and clinical significance of peripheral blood Tregs and Th17 cells were evaluated in lymphoma patients during different phases. INTRODUCTION: The diagnosis of systemic mastocytosis (SM) is based on a combination of major and minor criteria. Flow cytometric detection of aberrant expression of CD2 and/or CD25 on CD117-positive mast cells is one of the minor criteria used.
